What the service does
Dates, directories and official sources.
AuctionBrain brings forthcoming UK property-auction dates into one searchable calendar and maintains a directory of auction houses and regional offices.
It does not replace the auctioneer. Calendar entries link to the original source or catalogue, and the auctioneer’s website remains the final authority for dates, lots, bidding rules and changes.
How information is handled
Official auctioneer schedules are checked regularly. Confirmed calendar entries show the date of the source check, while uncertain information is kept out of the confirmed results until it can be verified.
Finance enquiries
AuctionBrain is operated by Bridgematch Ltd. Property-auction finance enquiries are handled separately through BridgeMatch; an enquiry does not reserve a property or guarantee funding.
